There are two races that will appear on every ballot for Montgomery County Republicans. They are Chief Justice of the 9th Court of Appeals and Judge for the 457th District Court. Below are our endorsements.
The Republican Voters of Texas PAC Proudly endorses Scott Golemon in his campaign for Chief Justice of the 9th District Court. Mr. Golemon has been a civil trial attorney for over 31 years, handling cases all over the State of Texas. He has also tried over 300 civil jury trials. The legal community agrees with his experience, and thus, he has been endorsed by Texans for Lawsuit Reform, Texas Civil Justice League (TCJL), and Civil Lawyers for Good Judges PAC. Scott has pledged to uphold our governing documents with integrity and has vowed not be an activist judge who legislates from the bench. Republican Voters of Texas PAC proudly stands behind Mr. Golemon and believe he is the choice for this very important court in Texas! Please get out and vote for Scott Golemon as your next Chief Justice for the Texas Court of Appeals! Early voting is June 29th - July 10th. Election Day is July 14th.
The Republican Voters of Texas PAC proudly endorses Vince Santini for Judge of the 457th District Court. In this race, our decision was easy. It came down to integrity and experience. Vince is an outstanding member of our community, serving in the Montgomery County DA's office, on the Board of Children's Safe Harbor, and was awarded "Child Abuse Prosecutor of the Year". In recent years, Mr. Santini switched to Civil Law and works at the Voss Law Firm, where he stands up to bad faith insurance companies that take advantage of our citizens, helping make the “little guy” whole again. Vince's record in our community is long, readily available, and most importantly, without blemish. Mr. Santini is recognized in our community as a man of integrity and has been endorsed by many elected officials, Civil Lawyers for Good Judges PAC, several firefighters associations, and Montgomery County's largest Law Enforcement Association, MCLEA. We proudly stand behind Mr. Santini's experience and character in this election. Please get out and vote for Vince Santini as your Judge for the 457th Court! Early voting is June 29th - July 10th. Election Day is July 14th.
There is a Constable race for Precinct 2 which will only appear on ballots in the Conroe area. Additionally, there is a Republican Precinct Chair race that will appear in the Conroe area, and a 2nd Republican Precinct Chair race which will appear in the Grangerland area. Below are our endorsements for these races.
The Republican Voters of Texas PAC proudly endorses Daniel Peña for Constable for Precinct 2. Daniel is currently employed at the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office and brings 16 years of experience to the role. He holds a master peace officer certification and has been on SWAT for over 15 years, being assigned to the County's full-time team for the last 9 years as a team leader and trainer. Mr. Pena is well educated in current law enforcement strategies. He has an undergraduate degree in Homeland Security and Emergency Management, as well as a Graduate degree in Security Management. When asked about changes he would make to the Precinct 2 Constable's Department, Daniel stated the he, "believe[d] that the Precinct 2 Constable’s are underutilized and if utilized properly could be a real asset. While I was on patrol [as a Sheriff Deputy] I felt that the Constables were in a position where they could make a difference in responding to in progress calls unfortunately they did not and regularly left the calls to us. I intend to train every Constable so they could not only take the initial report but investigate it until forwarded to the D.A’s office". Our PAC believes Mr. Pena is well qualified, experienced, educated, and has the desire to make a positive impact in his community. He's also been a good member of our community. We ask voters to join us in voting for Daniel Peña as the next Constable for Precinct 2 in Montgomery County! Early voting is June 29th - July 10th. Election Day is July 14th.
Dr. Alan Moore & Mr. Alan Mallard both had 3 way Precinct Chair races in the 2020 Primary. The membership of Republican Voters of Texas PAC heartily agrees that both candidates have both the community experience and character to be outstanding Precinct Chairmen and do the job of getting out the Republican vote.
